This is the best Mexican/Central American food I have had in the Birmingham area. I am sure it will be even better when they finally get moved into the building instead of the truck. I have loved Los Valedores since they first opened. For a food truck, their food is top-notch. My favorite is the chicken burrito. They are very accommodating with your special requests. Their hot sauces are amazing, especially the green sauce. Their service is always courteous and with a big smile. Everything I have had there is excellent, and I highly recommend Los Valedores!

This blue Mexican food truck came highly recommended so we made sure to put it on our list of places to check out while visiting Birmingham. Though it was a little busy, we were able to pick up our tacos and burritos relatively quickly after placing our order. My carne asada burrito was very filling and had a good ratio of meat, rice, cheese, beans, lettuce and tomato. As a former California girl, I do have a high standard for my Mexican food. So for Alabama, this is about as authentic as it gets!

I literally lived off these tacos when I lived close, now they offer doordash to my area, not the same as fresh but still my favorite tacos in the city hands down

Carne Asada Tlacoyos were fantastic! Friend of mine got the torta and it also looked fantastic, can't wait to try other items especially when they open their brick and mortar restaurant.

everyone in birmingham knows about the "blue taco truck in homewood." would definitely recommend not just their tacos but their burritos and tortas as well. the service is always good, the price point is great, and the wait depends on how busy they are but i've never waited more than 10minutes. they are opening up a restaurant very soon and i am very excited to dine in with them very soon!

This place is fantastic. Unique salsas, generous portions, incredible deal. I've talked about it for days. I paid 11.50 for a Gordita and two tacos, normally I'd eat 5-6 tacos at another truck to be absolutely stuffed and pay closer to 15-18$. The Gordita was enough for a decent lunch and the two tacos were 90% of my dinner.
